1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between h baj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the h baj platform available at h-baj.com and any associated mobile interfaces or applications.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, depositing funds, or placing any wager on h baj, you enter into a legally binding contract with h baj and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the platform.

h baj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to users. The effective date of the most recent version will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All communications between h baj and users will be conducted in English or Bengali, as appropriate to the context.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the h baj platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their continued use of the platform. h baj does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

By registering an account, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to your location or circumstances;
• You are not a politically exposed person where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• The funds you use on h baj are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

h baj reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by h baj support will result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed. Where age verification reveals that an account holder is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be refunded at h baj's discretion after deducting any administrative costs incurred.

Geographic Eligibility

h baj is operated for users located in Bangladesh and certain other eligible jurisdictions. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law access the platform entirely at their own legal risk. h baj makes no representation that the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended operating territories. It is the user's responsibility to determine whether accessing and using h baj is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of the h baj platform — including placing wagers, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a unique password.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change after registration. h baj will not be held responsible for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

Identity Verification (KYC)

h baj operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. We may, at any time, require you to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests or if unusual account activity is detected:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number and name);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the h baj compliance team.

h baj may withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Submitting false, forged, or misleading identity documents is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your h baj account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account on your behalf. h baj will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact h baj support immediately via live chat so that your account can be temporarily suspended while the matter is investigated.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All monetary transactions on the h baj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). h baj currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary based on your account status and location within Bangladesh.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on h baj is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your h baj account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.
• h baj does not charge any internal fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which h baj bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name may be declined or held pending verification.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed during h baj's standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• h baj reserves the right to request identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the h baj account holder. h baj will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

Currency & Exchange

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). h baj does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required before funds reach h baj — for example, international card payments — is the sole responsibility of the user, and any resulting exchange rate costs are borne by the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

h baj offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, cashback incentives, and promotional campaigns to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, which will be published on the h baj Offers & Promotions page at the time the bonus is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements have been fully met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn.

Bonus Eligibility & Abuse

• Each bonus promotion is available only to eligible accounts as defined in the specific promotion terms. h baj reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion.
• h baj strictly prohibits bonus abuse — defined as any deliberate strategy designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and systematic exploitation of promotional conditions.
• If h baj determines that an account has engaged in bonus abuse, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be cancelled, and the account may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the h baj platform.
• h baj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered user of h baj, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that the h baj platform and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, and data — remain the exclusive property of h baj and its licensors.

You Must Not:

• Register more than one account, whether under your own name or using a third party's details;
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the h baj platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the h baj platform's technical infrastructure;
• Use the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Publish, transmit, or upload any content that is defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
• Exploit software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from a technical error must be reported to h baj and will be voided;
• Make any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal claim relating to a genuine h baj deposit transaction without first contacting h baj support to resolve the matter;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or location to gain access to the platform or a promotion for which you are not eligible.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles h baj to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, withhold or void any outstanding balance or pending winnings, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

h baj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where h baj reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being operated by a person who is under the age of 18;
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Continuing to operate the account would expose h baj to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration or verification information;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or on their behalf.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your h baj account at any time by contacting the h baj support team via live chat. Before an account is closed, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and wagering requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. h baj will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered mobile number or email before classifying an account as dormant. h baj reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to dormant account balances after the dormancy period has been confirmed. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be deregistered at h baj's discretion.

8. Responsible Gaming

h baj is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to those users seriously. The following responsible gaming features are available to all h baj account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform, with an optional on-screen reminder before the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagers will be declined until the limit period resets.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from h baj for a defined period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which your account will be inaccessible. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) self-exclusion from h baj. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the exclusion period expires. To request self-exclusion, contact h baj support via live chat.
